Idiotic Talks Fail

The latest round of "talks" at Rambouillette have failed.
(Can you believe that?)
The 4th day of the scam saw the KLA reps sign the Dollar Bill plan.
Serbs said no, as they began to build up there forces
for
a final showdown w/ the KLA and their NATO backers.
NATO claims 21,000 Yugo troops are now massed near the border.
A suspension of the talks is suspected to occur tomorrow.
Serb spokesman, Ivica Dacic stated that;
"Serbia will not bow to international pressure."
(Since when did lame threats become a form of pressure?)
More Dollar Bill Idiocy

In Wash. D.C., Dollar Bill stated;
"if we and our allies don't act, their wll be more massacres."
(No kidding?)
I guess that explains all the delays over the last yr.
He also claimed Serbs had crossed the
"threshold" needed to justify NATO attack.
(Then he failed to explain why NATO hadn't attacked
and, of course, the 'news' media failed to ask.)
Talk Is Cheap

Madelain threatened Milosevic again.
(Gee! I wonder if he's scared?)
Dollar Bill spoke by phone w/ the leaders of Germany,
France and England.
No word yet on whether or not he had an intern w/ him.
British Foreign Secretary, Robin Cooke,
told the BBC that Milosevic should not "misunderstand"
NATO resolve.
(How could he not misunderstand after all the idiotic
threats?)
Sen. Bob "I didn't show up for the POW/MIA hearings" Kerry
said he was pesimistic about the effectiveness of air
strikes.
Milosevic staged another rally in Belgrade,
where he branded the KLA as "terrorists."
