The blurb at right tells much of the story of the rift Dollar Bill's fiasco has caused w/ Russia.

The movements of Russian troops on Pristina airport appear on a screen in a
vehicle of a Canadian surveillance team, stationed 2.5 km (1.2 miles) away,
in Pristina, in the Yugoslav province of Kosov, Tuesday, June 15, 1999.
More Russian peacekeepers were heading toward Kosovo Tuesday to reinforce
the Russian soldiers already occupying the airport, the Defense Ministry said.
The move could further complicate uneasy relations between NATO and Russia, who have
been locked in a standoff over the role of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Kosovo.
