BELGRADE
Light from explosions are reflected in the sky and in the Danube River as
thick
smoke rises from an oil refinery in Pancevo, north of Belgrade Tuesday.
After the collapse of the peace agreement reached last week with
Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, alliance warplanes appeared
to be revisiting targets which have been repeatedly attacked
during the air war but were spared in recent days.
