The railway linking Kosovo and Macedonia reopened
Tuesday, six-years
after it was shuttered because of fighting in the Kosovo war.
Railway hasn't operated since 1999, when a NATO-led air campaign
halted a Serb
crackdown on independence-minded ethnic Albanians.
