Hard to believe they didn't ask Bush why the hell
we are subsidizing the Russian submarine force.

Or, ask the Russians if the nukes' are still pointed at the U.S..

A little detail on why they are unsure if the

The technology will enable future spacecraft to sail on gossamer wings,
propelled only by the gentle push of the sun's rays.
A Russian nuclear submarine launched a rocket to test a prototype of the
American-sponsored spacecraft, Thursday, July 19, 2001, but it was
unclear whether the results of the test will ever be known because
the instruments that recorded the flight may have been lost.
