War for the Pipeline
After the U.S.S.R. collapsed, the Chechen people rebelled against Russia.

the country due to their location in the Caucasus Mts.
Roger Tamraz wanted to put his oil pipeline through the country.
And as we now know the CIA used Tamraz as a conduit for
illegal $$$$ donations to the Spider during his 1994 election.
