Presidential Directive 95-45.

Clinton directive that exempted Area 51 from environmental laws.

He acted after a "John Doe" law suit was filed by
workers who were sick from toxic waste at the base.

1 died prior to the suit and 1 died after if was filed.

The filers were afraid the govt. would retaliate against their families
for their lawyer used the name "John Doe" for each one.

They wanted to know what they had been contaminated with,
as their doctors had to know before they could treat their illnesses.

Clinton claimed the disclosing the toxic substances
would adversely affect U.S. national security.

The Real Reason???

Lockheed was responsible for much of the pollution.

They could be liable for the clean-up and the death of the workers.

Some could also face criminal charges for improper disposal of toxic substances.

The idiots actually burned toxic substances up wind of the base.
Smoke then created a "fog" that was inhaled by workers.
