The AP blurb below, failed to mention that we wouldn't
have these problems if we invested in solar power.

The only good news came in March, when
OPEC cut back production to raise prices.

In several months this will again spur interest in solar power.

Smoke and flames rise from a fire in a Conoco refinery oil
tank Thursday in Ponca City. Two Conoco employees who
were in a lift near the top of the tank inspecting insulation
were injured. Smoke could be seen 15 to 20 miles away.
