go to 'sites', where diamonds are allocated.

but Debeers doesn't give enough.
$1 million is the average order size,
and buyers have 1 week to pay.
Antwerp, Belgium is the world's trading capitol,
w/ $21 billion worth of sales.
Deals are based on tradition, and sealed w/ a
