Time To Board Life Boats, And Rarely Attacked Ships
Which Were Likely To Carry Americans.
But, The U.S. Wanted To Make $$$, So It Allowed Passenger
Ships To Carry War Material To The British And French.
This, Forced Germany Into Unrestricted Submarine
Warfare.
