The U.S. version is less attractive to kids, but Israel still uses it just the same. U.S. dropped them by the ton, during the 2nd Indo-China War.

These cause Type-C injuries. 
Usually dropped from helicopters.

Small wings allow it them to drift to the ground.

Children often find them and pick them up.

They usually blow off a few fingers,
and injure the face and chest area.

It is common to see handless, blind children in countries like
Afghanistan used by the U.S. and U.S.S.R. during W.W. III.

They almost exclusively kills/injure children,
yet Clinton doesn’t seem to mind.
