AP's blurb below failed to mention an obvious
solution.
We agree to quit selling earrings if they agree to
compensate POWs, sex slaves and guinea pigs.
Troy Skinner, 4, left, and his brother Aaron Skinner, 9, wait
for their father to take a picture as they stand by a weapon casing identical to that of the atom bomb known as "Little Boy" at the
National Atomic Museum on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, N.M., Thursday,
8/5/99. The museum is selling earring replicas of "Fat Man" and "Little Boy,"
the only two atomic bombs ever used in warfare. The sale of the earrings has drawn protests from
a major anti-nuclear organization in Japan. The boys are from Santa Barbara, Calif.
