Israeli troops enforced a curfew in the troubled city of Hebron for
a third straight day Friday as the 13-year-old Palestinian boy shot
in the head with a rubber-coated steel pellet recuperated.
The boy's father said his son had lost his sight in the left eye bu
was in stable condition Friday. He saidthe teen was hit when
Israeli troops openedfire Thursday without provocation.
