Here, Sasseville confirms that a complaint against Gernander should have been sent to another agency for investigation. OLPR handled my complaint against Gernander themselves. Of course, they ruled in his favor.

Here, Sasseville says that a judge or lawyer is supposed to report unethical behavior, and respond to those who claim to have evidence of ethic rules violations. *

Tim Burke and at least 3 other OLPR lawyers know of this conflict.

Chuck MacLean, Bruce Nelson and Kent Gernander have filed false 'official documents',
false court documents, destroyed evidence, forged evidence, and lied to local news papers
in an effort to keep me off the local public access TV station and destroy my reputation.
