After This 'Report Was Printed I Called The Man Who Wrote It.
I Asked If They Would Write About My Efforts To Ban These Weapons.
He Said He Would Call Me Back, But Never Did.

1984
After President Reagan went to China
in 1984, the U.S. govt.
allowed U.S. companies to sell stun guns to China.
As expected these stun guns were quickly
used on political and religious prisoners.
Maybe even on U.S. POWs.
Dollar Bill Clinton continues to resist my efforts to
ban the sale of rifles, pistols, knives and stun guns
to countries like China that refuse to account
for U.S. POW/MIAs.
He knows that Chinese prison guards have
placed stun guns into the vaginas of Tibetan nuns
and shocked them until they became unconscious.
A Tibetan monk named Palden Gyatso had one shoved down his throat.
The shock left him shaking in a pool of his own blood and excrement.
The Tibetan monk mentioned above testified before a
Congressional committee about the torture she experienced.
House Speaker Newt Gingrich and Senate
Majority Leader Trent Lott expressed their 'outrage'
and vowed to penalize China for their use of torture.
Neither did a thing!
They also refuse to support my legislation.
Both Took Campaign $$$ From China-Lovers Like Boeing.
The UN should ban the things outright.
