Bernie Schwartz, CEO of Loral Space and Communication,
was the biggest
single $$$ donor to the Democratic party in 1997.
He and Hughes Electronics
(L.A.-based division of General Motors)
are under investigation for selling
ICBM guidance technology to China.
The investigation began 3 yrs. after I first warned of the
Dollar Bill weapon sales in an interview at the White House.
The investigation started after the 2 companies upgraded
China's 'commercial' rocket guidance system in 1996.
(Their 'commercial' rocket is the same as their military ICBM.)
This followed the explosion of a rocket
carrying a $200 million Loral satellite into space.
It was launched at the Xichang Satellite
Launch Center in Sichuan Province.
Clinton has now trying to undercut the investigation by giving
Loral permission to sell the guidance system in the future.
That's what they call "Obstruction of Justice."
Dollar Bill's lie expert Mike McCurry stated that the sale
will "not contribute to Chinese military capabilities."
Again, these people are either insane, corrupt or stupid.
Dollar Bill is required by law to notify
Congress of all satellite launches.
This is because he must personally waive the restriction
on the sale of satellites, that was passed after
the bloody Tiananmen Square massacre.

Clinton signed the waiver to allow Loral to sell
the high-tech guidance system to the Chinese.
The guidance system will allow China to launch
multiple nuclear warheads from one rocket.
The waiver states that the deal is "in the national interest."
This is just another Dollar Bill lie.
Congress will now feel compelled to spend more
of your tax $$$ on a ballistic missile defense system
(using Hughes and Loral components)
which will negate any economic benefit of the sale to China.
The investigation is being conducted by the U.S. Customs Service
and Janet Reno's Dept. of Covering for Dollar Bill.
The Washington Post 'reported' the story.
Somehow failed to mention the guidance
systems Boeing is selling and the W-88 thing.
