Covering-up the Vietnamese POW/MIA issue
helped the govt. lift the trade embargo w/ Vietnam.

Boeing was a major force in the decision to normalize relations w/
Vietnam, having spent large amounts of $$$ on pro-Vietnam politicians.

Guess who received an increase in aircraft orders from
airlines expecting an increase in travel to Vietnam?!

They had a similar role in President Nixon's
decision to open trade w/ China in 1972.

They had given him thousands and thousands of
$$$s for his fraudulent campaign advertisements.

Of course, trade w/ China also increases the need for airliners
to carry cargo and businessmen between the U.S. and China.

Boeing refused to ask about our POWs
when it held it's board meeting in Beijing.

All in all, Boeing stands to make a lot of $$$
no matter how many of our soldiers get killed when
China finally carries out it’s threat to invade Taiwan.

To further the chances of war Boeing is selling
high-tech missile guidance systems to the Chinese
for use on their C-801 cruise missiles.
