Over Assault Rifles
I met Evelyn in 1992
while I was walking across the U.S.
She is a former Natl. Chairperson of the Lady's Auxiliary,
which is a veterans organization for women.
She's been involved in the POW issue for years.
1989
Her brother Jim was killed in a highly
publicized Ak-47 assault rifle shooting.

Clinton wrote her a letter of condolence,
saying he would do every thing in his power
to get AK-47s out of the hand's of deranged
people like the one who killed her brother.
Yet he still refuses to make a public statement
in support of my legislation to ban rifles,
pistols, knives and stun guns to and from
countries that won't account for U.S. POW/MIAs.
Also, in 1995, just before Clinton finally accepted my petitions,
we went to a veterans convention in Wash. D.C..
At a meeting of the American Legion's POW committee,
Pentagon spokesman Jim Wold was asked this question;
"when our trade reps. go to China do they bother to ask
for the return of the 400 POWs from the Korean War".
Jim Wold answered;
" Yes! We ask about them, but we do it under the
table, because the Chinese don't want it publicized".
This comment was a lie.
At no time has any U.S. trade rep.
ever asked the Chinese about our POWs.
I asked Clinton about it but he
refused to answer.
The fact that the President of the U.S. would
have of his employees lie to a room full of veterans,
1 of whom happens to be an old friend and supporter,
is a good example of Clinton's disregard for
the people who put him into office.
Evelyn is so committed to the Clintons she
once knelt on a hard floor for one hr. just to
get pictures of Hillary Clinton giving a speech.
When Hillary was being criticized for the Health
Care Reform fiasco, Evelyn was out organizing
'I Support Hillary' letter writing drives.
She deserves better, Bill!
But, since 1996 Clinton hasn't even been willing to make
a public statement in support of legislation to ban the
sale of AK-47s, made in countries that won't account
for POW/MIAs, like the one used to kill her brother.
He has made numerous misleading statements
about the 1994 Assault Weapon 'Ban'.
This 'ban' did not prevent the sale of one single AK-47.
He Has However, Found Time To Pour Coffee For
Wang Jun, The Chinese Gun-Runner Whose Company
Has Smuggled Thousands Of AK-47s Into The U.S.
After The Funeral Dollar Bill Sent Evelyn a Letter Promising
To Do Everything In His Power To Get AK-47s Off The Streets.
When she asked him to support my legislation he had to refuse
as it would have raised the China weapons for $$$ issue.
