Murder Rate Up

The govt. announced that murder rates
are up for the first time in 4 yrs.For the 3 months ending in Feb., show
a rate of 15.9 murders per 100,000 people.A yr. ago it was 15.1 per 100,000.
Crime has become a growing issue in the upcoming elections.
S. Africa's highest rate was 17.4 per 100,000.
