The AP/Yahoo blurb below is typical of the media's 'coverage' of the world. It didn't say that the M-16A2 is a Belgian/U.S. design. The Israeli 'missile' was made/paid for by U.S. And, the Palestinians aren't the only ones calling it an assassination attempt. Every neutral observer knows that Israel's attacks are a violation of international and even Israeli law.
